First Time in Over 50 Years - Bring the Vision

Held within the same family for more than 50 years, this much loved lifestyle property is ready for a new owner and a whole new chapter.

Set on approximately 1.176 hectares, this is a genuine renovation opportunity for someone with imagination, energy and an eye for potential. There's no hiding it - the home needs a full renovation but there's plenty here worth working with.

The home offers three bedrooms, generous living spaces and some lovely original timber doors, trims and woodwork throughout that could really come to life again with the right renovation, two heat pumps, electric hot water with a wetback option.

There's also an additional fourth spacious room attached to the garage area, giving extra space and plenty of possibilities.

Outside, the established gardens, mature trees and elevated, predominantly level section give the property a lovely country feel, with space, privacy and room to make it your own.

There's good garaging and additional utility space, and the location gives you the best of both worlds - country living while still being conveniently close to town.

After more than 50 years in the same family, it's time for someone new to roll up their sleeves and bring this property back to life.

And as a little added bonus… there are three free sheep - try saying that fast! Hopefully they can stay on and find themselves a lovely forever home too.

Bring your ideas, your tools and your gumboots there's plenty of potential here for the right buyer.
