Build your coastal escape

Rarely do sections of this calibre become available in the tightly held communities of Baddeleys Beach and Campbells Beach. Privately positioned and surrounded by native bush, this sunny and sheltered site offers the perfect canvas to create your dream home or idyllic weekend retreat.

A generous flat building platform provides flexibility for your vision, while the rear of the property unfolds into a peaceful native setting with a meandering bush path beneath mature trees. Wake to birdsong from resident kererū, tūī, pīwakawaka and kākā nesting in the surrounding canopy.

With no restrictive covenants, you have the freedom to bring your own design and build, subject to Council consent.

Enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle with both Baddeleys and Campbells Beach within walking distance, plus direct access across the road to the water's edge. Just ten minutes from Matakana Village, the renowned farmers' markets, boutique shopping and dining, and only five minutes from the pristine shores of Tāwharanui Regional Park and ten-minutes from Omaha beach.

Sections in this sought-after bay are increasingly scarce. Bring your inspiration and secure a special piece of the Tawharanui Peninsula, where community, nature and coastal living combine to create something truly exceptional.

At a glance:

- Section available in tightly held Campbells Beach.

- No restrictive covenants - build your dream home (subject to Council consent).

- Private, sunny, and walking distance to Campbells Beach and Baddeleys Beach.

- Ten-minutes from Matakana village.

It is surplus to the owner's requirements. Purchase it before Christmas, and summertime "glamp", while you design your coastal retreat.
