This is a studio with an open cathedral style living area, loft, kitchenette, wood burner, and a deck overlooking forest.
FURNISHINGS & APPLIANCES
The photos are for reference from previous residents so current furnishings and appliances are:
-Queen bed and mattress
-Fridge/freezer
-Dual element cooker
-Toaster
The deck and bathroom are private.
The eco composting toilet, shower, and laundry are shared (but the house is private).
We have chickens and lots of protected native forest.
PETS
No cats or dogs but other pets would be OK (rabbits etc).
ACCESS
20 minutes to Piha, 10 minutes to Glen Eden shops, 30 minutes to the city.
BILLS / MOVE IN COST
Metered power.
Rent includes fibre WIFI and fair-use water.
Move in costs are 4 weeks bond and one week rent in advance.
PARKING
Car parking is just outside although small vehicles will be able to turn around easier.
