The toilet & laundry are shared with one female neighbour.

Cats/dogs unsuitable. Other pets OK.
ACCESS
Well positioned with access to west coast and Glen Eden/Henderson town centres.
BILLS
Flat rate $40 per week per person includes fair use of utilities (fibre wifi internet, water, and power), total $400 per week flat rate for one person.
Move in costs are 4 weeks bond and one week rent in advance.
PARKING
One OSP space provided. Bumpy gravel drive so not suitable for very low or very large cars.
