RWC Auckland is pleased to present a rare bulk residential investment opportunity comprising six brand-new three-bedroom homes within The Neighbourhood at Ormiston, offered together as one bulk sale.
The portfolio provides investors with the opportunity to acquire six residential dwellings in a single transaction, creating immediate scale within one of South East Auckland's established master-planned communities.
Each home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dedicated off-street car park, with contemporary layouts designed for modern, low-maintenance living. Located across Olearia Street, Tahere Road and Bugle Road, the properties provide a diversified residential holding within the Ormiston community.
A key point of difference is that all six homes are brand new and have never been lived in. This presents an appealing proposition for investors looking to introduce pristine, modern housing to the rental market, with the benefit of being the first to lease each property. Combined with contemporary layouts, modern finishes and a lower anticipated maintenance profile than older residential stock, the portfolio offers an attractive combination of rental appeal and long-term investment potential.
The location further strengthens the investment proposition, with Ormiston Town Centre, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, parks, public transport and the Ormiston education precinct all within easy reach.
