18 Sale Street provides modern character office space inspired by Cheshire Architects, in the sought after City Works Depot precinct.
The building is home to the largest neon work ever created by internationally renowned artist Martin Creed. The British artist, winner of the Turner Prize in 2001, is famous for his giant neon signs that quickly become icons of the cities they are installed in. This piece, which was commissioned by the landlord, takes the form of an enormous neon sign, spelling out the word "WHATEVER" in multi-coloured capital letters that flash in sequence, 24 hours a day.
This available tenancy enjoys a prime north facing position and features a high-end, versatile fit-out that is well-suited to a broad range of potential occupiers.
Ample on-site car parking is available, along with convenient shower facilities located in the building's basement. This impeccable office space offers everything your team could want-and more-in a highly sought-after city fringe location that speaks for itself.
