Richie and Gemma McCaw are selling their Christchurch home.
Former Newstalk ZB Canterbury Mornings host Chris Lynch reported that the high-profile couple had put their property on the market.
The house is in the upmarket suburb of Fendalton and has an RV of over $3 million.
Property records show the four-bedroom house last changed hands in 2021, for $3.25m.

According to the listing, it was designed by David Sheppard of Sheppard and Rout Architects and built in 2014.
The luxury property includes an upstairs master bedroom with ensuite and is set on a rear 1047sqm section with an inground pool and basketball hoop.
Award-winning interior designer Ingrid Geldof designed the kitchen with dark cabinetry complementing the white kitchen bench, which also has a hidden butler’s pantry.
OneRoof has reached out to the listing agent for comment but has yet to hear back.

Fendalton is arguably one of Christchurch’s most expensive and sought-after suburbs with access to top public and private schools.
The listing comes more than a year after the McCaws announced they were leaving Christchurch for a “lifestyle full of adventure” in Wānaka.
Gemma, a former Black Stick, posted on social media about their move in December 2024. “It’s time to say goodbye to Christchurch as we embark on a new adventure in Wānaka," she said.
“For the past 10 years, this city has been my home. It’s where we welcomed our three beautiful girls into the world, and where I arrived knowing only a handful of people and now leave with lifelong friends.”
It is not the only former All Black house currently on the market.
Joe Karam, who played over 40 games between 1972 and 1975, including 10 test matches, is selling his family bach on Kawau Island, in Auckland’s Hauraki Gulf.
Karam is more recently known for his support of David Bain, who was first convicted, then acquitted, of killing his family.
Karam and his partner renovated the house on the water, which has drive-on access for the couple’s Sealegs boat, but told OneRoof they are moving to something easier to maintain on the island.
