New Zealand owned and operated, Barrett Homes was formed in 2013 by co-owners Mike Bryant and Grant Eynon - growing exponentially from building several homes in the first year to where we now build approximately 150 per year across the nation. Fundamentally, we operate from our head office in Pāpāmoa; with additional satellite locations in Cromwell, Whangārei, Taupō, Taranaki and soon to be Hawkes Bay. With over 1000 completed builds, we have a world class system for every project from concept to completion. Barrett Homes has a wealth of outstanding builds in their portfolio and a well-earned reputation for ‘Making Things Happen’. With this reputation brings plenty of opportunity where we stand alone on projects or we work in with investment partners. Simply having partners enables us to look at every opportunity with real intent and broadens our options for growth.
