Warwick was born in Auckland and spent his early days living in Takapuna, educated at St Kentigern College, both as a day boy and boarder.

After leaving school he was employed managing the family motel/tourist complex “Coachman Motor Inn” in Takapuna which was later demolished to make way for the “Shore City” Shopping Complex.

Warwick started in the Real Estate industry when he was 34 years old, working for Dalgety Crown, as a commercial / industrial agent.

From Dalgety Crown days he moved to their Wrightson Real Estate residential office in Remuera as Manager, later buying the business, that became Challenge Real Estate and then LJ Hooker.

Familiar with all aspects of property, Warwick specialises in the Auction, Tender and Private Treaty process.

Warwick’s skills include sales, leasing, management, and these qualities combined with a solid work ethic, sound planning, attention to detail, and considerable effort to obtain absolute top prices for his vendors, have produced top results since joining Barfoot & Thompson Commercial. In Warwick’s first year full year with the commercial team he was awarded the plaque for “outstanding broker of the year”.

Warwick has an AREINZ qualification.

Warwick is a member of the Gulf Harbour Country Club, a keen boatie.
