Val Ruske began her real estate career in Hamilton in 1987. In 1996 she completed her AREINZ studies and in 2009 was awarded a Fellowship of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. During her time in real estate Val has had Management and Training roles as well as having had a successful sales career. In 1999 she opened her own office in Mount Maunganui that eventually grew to 3 offices specialising in residential sales. In 2009 Val returned to Hamilton. Val has a strong focus on real estate education having been an adjunct tutor and a Work Based Assessor for The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand. She has also been involved in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty/Gisborne region of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Besides her passion for real estate, Val is now the Branch Manager of the dynamic Glenview office. Val spends time with her 5 grandchildren and is a fond gardener.
