The Bay of Islands has been my home for more than 24 years, having originally settled in the Russell area and more recently Paihia.

During this time I have watched my two beautiful children grow into young adults, and have witnessed the benefits they have gained from living in this special area. I have successfully listed and sold Real Estate for the past 17 years and have been actively involved in the local community.

I believe my success with Real Estate has been built around the drive I have to achieve the very best results for my clients and this is evidenced by the number of ongoing relationships I have built with vendors and purchasers alike. I understand that listening to my clients wishes, identifying their needs and keeping them informed at all stages of the sales process is an important part of achieving this success.

I acknowledge that buying and selling your home is one of the biggest decisions any of us have to make and it is important that issues such as the prevailing market, marketing options and buyer interest and feedback are at the forefront of these dealings. From my experience in Real Estate I understand how important it is not to ‘give up’ and know that at times this means thinking ‘outside the square’ so we can match people and property together. This is a particular skill that I pride myself on.

I have been closely involved with Auctions and Tenders during my career and boast a high success rate. However, I am also fully aware that not all properties are the same or best suited for campaign and will always talk through all marketing options with vendors to ensure we take into account their individual needs and requirements.

Along with a strong knowledge of the local area and the Real Estate market, I also bring my passion for the benefits that the Bay offers. It is certainly a slice of Paradise that has managed to still remain a well kept secret.
