Todd Hilleard aka Mr NOXEN is a proud dad to Tate and Lexi and husband to his amazing wife Tash. Todd is well known in the community as the face behind NOXEN, a lifestyle brand that grew from a simple idea into a household name and opened the door to honest conversations about mental health. What started as hooded towels has grown into a movement that reflects Todd’s creativity, resilience, and commitment to people. Todd’s career journey has always been about people and resilience. From selling nine homes in nine months in his early twenties, to serving as a Police Constable during some of New Zealand’s toughest moments, to building a nationwide brand, he has learnt to stay calm under pressure and bring clarity to complex situations. His time in the Police saw him on the frontline during the Christchurch earthquakes, experiences that sharpened his ability to problem-solve and lead with integrity. Outside of business, Todd has proudly represented New Zealand on the ice hockey world stage with the Ice Blacks. Competing at the highest level instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance qualities that now underpin his approach to real estate. Those skills now shape his approach to property.
