Born and raised in the Warkworth area, Terrence lived here for the first 18 years of his life, before leaving the then smaller town of Warkworth in search of a new career in teaching.

Terrence studied and completed successfully, three years towards a Bachelor of Education in Auckland and in that time, learning many transferable skills such as self-management, negotiation and communication with people from all walks of life.

Terrence considers himself very friendly, approachable and enjoys meeting and interacting with people.  He loves the area that he works in, is passionate about doing good in the community and being regarded as a straight shooter.

2016 signified not only an opportunity but also the challenge of an ownership responsibility for offices in Warkworth, Snells Beach and Maungaturoto.

He is proud of the team that he works with and is always appreciative of the energy and passion they bring to work every day.
