Sylvia has considerable practical experience in the Auckland real estate market having built several (spec) homes on the North Shore along with her builder husband Ian.

She has a background in business having owned and operated cafés, one being in New Lynn. This gives her the ability to bring many skills to her clients. She is an excellent listener and goes the extra mile, never giving up to close a property deal for her clients with many becoming good friends over the years which she regards as a real privilege.
