Selling At Auction Was A New Experience For Us. We wish to thank Steve Starke for his help and expertise in the recent sale of our Mangere property. We acknowledge that a very short time frame was given to market the property and that it was listed just as the market appeared to be stalling. Despite that the marketing strategy identified a number of buyers leading to vigorous bidding at the auction. We had some doubts that the appraisal price range would be achieved at auction however the property ultimately sold for a figure in excess of the appraisal.
