Prior to entering the real estate profession in 2002, Steve Coleman was livestock rep for Pyne Gould Guinness in the Cheviot area for 17 years and he still resides there.

Steve has an in-depth knowledge of the rural scene in North Canterbury and has taken part in many notable farm sales including Tipapa, Huyton, Percival, Willowbank, Kowhai Glen, Wadi Nimrin, Glenowne, Pendle Hill, Glenlake, Leamington Downs, Lindon Lea, Punawai and numerous other farms and lifestyle properties.

His interests include farming, rugby, cricket and golf. Presently, he is a board member on the Cheviot Licensing Trust.
