Stephen is the Principal and Franchise Owner of LJ Hooker Oamaru and encourages a team approach to marketing our vendor's properties through positive leadership. Prior to real estate Stephen was a commercial helicopter pilot specialising in precision long line construction and flying heavy lift helicopters. He moved back to New Zealand 2005, started in real estate and it was exactly the new challenge Stephen needed. Stephen has won multiple personal awards, starting with Best New Talent in 2006 and is a Platinum Life Member of the Captains Club Multi Million Dollar Chapter, one of only eight members in New Zealand. Our office has also won multiple awards - Top Office New Zealand, Most Productive Team, Top Business Growth, Digital Presence and runner up in Top Community Support. Stephen is passionate about real estate and the people we help. He is driven to succeed and coaches his staff with that same high expectation of success.
