My journey into real estate isn’t just professional - it’s deeply personal. Over the years, I’ve bought and sold 14 homes across the South Island, from Ashburton to Dunedin. My property journey has taken me from building a brand new home to lovingly restoring one of the region’s oldest villas, from a 60’s architecturally designed home and returning serviceman’s cottage in Timaru - a character triple brick mini mansion to a classic summerhill stone in Dunedin. I’ve navigated the complexities of investment properties, holiday homes, deceased estates, trusts, and shared ownerships. I know firsthand the emotions, decisions, and strategies involved in real estate - because I’ve lived them. Raised as the daughter of a publican and a sales representative, I was immersed in business and sales from an early age. This upbringing gave me an intuitive understanding of people, negotiation, and the value of good service. Outside of real estate, I have a passion for the strategic card game of Bridge. I play weekly on Alford Forest Road and take pride in leading the annual beginner lessons, helping new players fall in love with the game.
