Owning a rental property should be rewarding, not stressful. My role is to take care of the day to day management of your investment, so you can have confidence that your property is being looked after and any issues are handled promptly and professionally.

With three years of Property Management experience and a Level 4 Property Management Certificate, I have the knowledge and practical experience to help keep your property running smoothly. Whether it's organising maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing tenant concerns, or dealing with unexpected situations, I work to make the process as easy as possible for you.

I also have experience in Property Management Accounts, giving me a strong understanding of the financial side of property management and ensuring owners are kept informed every step of the way.

Before moving into property management, I spent 15 years in the insurance industry, along with roles in administration, project management, accounts, and sales administration. This experience has given me strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate challenges while finding practical solutions.

I believe clear communication and strong relationships are key to successful property management. My goal is to protect your investment, take care of the details, and provide you with confidence that your property is in capable hands.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two teenagers, especially boating and fishing around Northland. It's a great way to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and spend quality time with family and friends.
