Sharon has lived in Papakura and Pukekohe all her life. Her knowledge of the area and its people helps her know who to contact and where to go to get things done.

Her working life has centred on customer service, alongside extensive experience in property management. Understanding what owners and tenants need, communicating clearly and managing her time are central to her approach.

“Property Management is knowing what people require and working out how to deliver it,” Sharon says.

Sharon describes herself as straight to the point, leaving little room for assumption. She treats the homes she manages with the care she would give her own and places importance on looking after her landlords’ interests.
