My name is Seth Fasher, My family and I live locally and enjoy all of the many benefits this wonderful region has to offer, from the wonderful lakes, rivers mountains, water and snow skiing, fishing, hunting, mountain bike riding and hiking, there is so much natural beauty to enjoy. What makes this special area just that much better is its people, the sense of community is fantastic and is such a draw card to be celebrated. Having done all my schooling in Turangi and moving to the big smoke at 20 years of age the area and its warm people have been a major draw card to raise our two children with the values and work ethics that small 'community focused' towns in New Zealand are renowned for.
