Sean Windle brings more than 15 years of real estate experience, along with a broad background in sales, hospitality, business development and key account management.

Originally from the Deep South, Sean grew up on a sheep farm where he learned early that hard work was the way to earn his pocket money — a work ethic that has stayed with him throughout his career.

Sean spent 20 years in Queenstown, including 10 years in hospitality, managing bars and the day-to-day operation of businesses. He then spent 10 years in real estate across residential, commercial and business sales, building a strong network of relationships along the way.

After moving to the sunny Kapiti Coast, Sean continued working in sales, business development and key account roles across the Wellington and Kapiti business and hospitality sectors, further strengthening his understanding of people, business and relationships.

Sean believes honest, open communication is at the heart of a successful property journey. He listens, asks the right questions and takes the time to understand what matters to his clients.
