With a focus on understanding each client’s motives, dreams and expectations, Scott is an agent who connects with people, right from the first meeting. Having received training at Harcourts, Scott consistently delivers a sophisticated sales process, and prides himself on providing clear, timely and informative communication. His aim is to always work harder than the competition. Scott comes from a large family who are all involved in the property industry, and this is where his interest in real-estate and investment began - however, prior to working as an agent, Scott studied Geology at the University of Auckland and ran his own tilling company. This experience gave him a stronger sense of business, independence and intuition, and these are skills Scott now draws on in the context of real-estate to bring a distinct edge and high level of professionalism to his work. As well as being a committed agent, Scott is also an avid fisherman. His favourite locations are the Bay of Islands and the Coromandel where he has competed in several competitions, including the heavily contested annual Bounty Hunter Fishing Competition. In previous years, he has taken out the top Kingfish and 2nd place Snapper awards, so to stay in the game, beyond working as an agent, Scott likes to head toward the ocean whenever he can!
