Sarah is currently the Top 2 salesperson at Ray White Tauranga for 24/25 and was awarded as an "Executive Performer" in the same year. She also won the "Marketing of the Year Award" for 24/25 for Distinction Realty (Ray White Tauranga and Bayfair).  She is someone whom you can trust 100% whether buying or selling, as she places people at the forefront of her business and delivers exceptional results every time.   

Sarah has had an impressive career and graduated with a Masters degree and was a Director at Waipuna Hospice (Allied Health).  After reaching the pinnacle of her career which including PhD research, she decided to start her own real estate business with the goal of providing exemplary customer service.   

Sarah is a hard working and highly professional real estate expert, who works from a strong ethical framework. She works transparently with both sellers and buyers and her communication is simply exceptional. 

Sarah has always been invested in her community and for this reason she is a member of Rotary (Te Papa) and has been a Board Member for a national organisation that works to support the wellbeing of children and their families. 

Sarah understands that buying and selling property can be stressful and for this reason she works hard at alleviating this for her clients, by inspiring confidence in the process from her years of successful campaigns, strategic planning and implementation, together with her knowledge of the current market.        

As a previous business owner she brings a strong business acumen, analytical and professional customer focussed approach to her work. As a previous property investor and keen renovator, Sarah is also able to guide buyers and investors in their decision making, in terms of understanding the market, rental yield, and capital gain opportunities. 

In April 2025 her husband Lester joined her team who has 20 years experience in senior management roles with international companies in sales, and 12 years of business ownership. Together, they are a power house of expertise in sales, marketing, negotiation and pride themselves in creating bespoke marketing strategies for each property that they sell.
