Sarah Coatsworth is a third generation Real Estate Professional who combines her love for the industry with her experience in the rural sector.

Sarah has worked in Real Estate throughout the Western Bay of Plenty and North Rotorua in both Property Management and Sales and with several years experience in Dairy farms and how they operate, Sarah has the knowledge and understanding on what it takes to help people find their dream lifestyle or rural property.

Sarah lives on a dairy farm in the Ngongotaha area, where she and her husband are share-milkers. Their two boys attend primary school in Kaharoa and as a family, there’s nothing they enjoy better than attending local events such as the BOP Cross Country finals where you’ll find Sarah helping out the PTA at their BBQ stall.

Family and the community are important to Sarah, and she is always keen to provide support to her fellow neighbours wherever possible. She’s active in the community, attending meetings concerning the Environmental changes in the area and she is the current Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at Kaharoa.

Combining the roles of a working professional and a mum means that Sarah has respect for the demands of her clients’ work and family commitments.
