In that time, she’s shaped Wānaka’s property landscape through house and land developments and custom high-end builds, before turning her attention to sales. It’s Sara’s expert negotiation skills paired with her breadth of knowledge across every aspect of the transaction that has cemented Sara’s understanding of her role within it — to work and walk alongside her clients for every step of the deal. Thriving off the unexpected, Sara is a dedicated Mum to two (three, if you count Tilly the Spoodle), she has mastered the art of efficiency whilst raising the kids and running a business alongside husband Nevin.
