Having made Mangawhai home for the past 10 years, Sam Grace joins the Compass Rentals team in June 2026 following some time away from the industry on maternity leave.

With over 12 years’ experience in Property Management across the North Shore, West Auckland and the wider Rodney and Northland regions, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge, strong industry experience and a genuine passion for property and people. Sam also holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management, ensuring clients and their investments are in experienced and capable hands.

Having worked extensively throughout Mangawhai and Warkworth, Sam is well known within the local community and has built strong relationships through her approachable nature, professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

As a family-owned business, family always comes first, and we are excited to support Sam as she returns to the industry while continuing to balance family life and progressively build her role and portfolio within the business.

Sam enjoys all aspects of property management and is excited to continue growing within the industry while helping support owners and tenants throughout Mangawhai and the surrounding areas.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys making the most of the Mangawhai lifestyle and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
