Coming from a background within the hospitality industry he believes communication is the key to great customer service. Sam has exceptional attention to details, a positive and friendly attitude and loves finding the perfect home for his clients. Sam prides himself in creating genuine connections and empathetically listens to his clients. Being born and raised in Norway by Vietnamese parents Sam has been exposed to many different cultures and are very adaptable and understandable. Moving to Auckland in 2012 has grown his appreciation for cultural diversity and enjoys what the North Shore has to offer. Being fluent in Norwegian and English as well as having knowledge within both Vietnamese and Korean languages Sam believe that he is able to offer a great range of communication levels.
