Sam came across as highly unprofessional from the get-go, for example he first obtained access to the house by asking a neighbour to let him in rather than contacting us directly. He only ever spoke negatively about the property towards us and it very much felt like he just wanted to get our house of his books as quickly as possible. Together, Brett and Sam delivered a marketing package that was below average and done at the last minute, giving me half an hour to drop everything in the middle of my work day to review it.
