Since being with Barfoot & Thompson I have established myself as being able to sell a wide range of properties and consider myself as a local specialist in the eastern bays area. My previous roles in the building and hospitality industry has taught me two things: I love working with property and I love working with people. My new career choice was obvious: real estate. A role where it is as much about the people as it is about the property you are trying to sell or find for them. My strong relationships built during my time as manager of the Whitianga Hotel helped to give my new career the support and boost I needed and I quickly worked my way to the top 20 for a national real estate company. I have an ability to achieve prices for properties that seem unachievable which I believe is due to my honesty and straight forward approach.
