But my real passion kicked off when I started my building apprenticeship at 17 with Salter Builders, an award-winning architectural builder in Nelson Tasman. Over the years, I’ve worked on high-end residential and architectural homes with some of the best in the business, eventually becoming a Licensed Building Practitioner in 2013.

By 2015, I was running my own building company, dedicated to quality craftsmanship, and our efforts paid off—multiple Master Builders Gold, Silver, and Category Winner awards. My leadership in the industry was recognized when I joined the Nelson/Tasman Master Builders board in 2020, later serving as president from 2022 to 2024.

With this wealth of experience in construction, I took the natural next step into real estate sales with Harcourts in late 2023. Within my first year, I earned multiple Harcourts Bronze Awards, recognizing top-tier performance in the industry.
