Rosa has enjoyed a successful real estate career over 18 years, covering high end residential homes, multi-unit project developments and commercial transactions on behalf of local & international clients. As Managing Director of NZ Sotheby's International Realty in the Christchurch & Canterbury region, she brings extensive skills and experience to the team and their clients. Rosa has an extensive background in sales & marketing, is an enrolled barrister & solicitor of the High Court of NZ (admitted 2017), and is also an Associate of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ). With his she is able to bring technical expertise to her work and sound advice on contracts, council regulations, property marketing and sales strategies. She gives back to the local community as a current board member of the Christchurch Art Gallery Foundation and is an avid outdoors fan, often enjoying the local running trails or out on her road bike.
