Ron was brought up in Central Otago and worked in the region for over 10 years as a civil engineer before he dived into programming in Dunedin and Wellington. He then worked as a Senior Manager for AMI, IAG and then Head of Digital for the Lyttleton Port Company.

After working in corporates for many years, Ron decided to resign and pursue his own business interests in property management and investment.

Ron is a keen property investor, and the investments are mainly in Arrowtown, Cromwell, Wanaka, and Christchurch.

Most of his family and friends still live in Central Otago. Ron is a natural people person and connects well with people from all walks of life. Through his local connections Ron is knowledgeable about property investment opportunities in Queenstown, Wanaka, and Central Otago, which he is always happy to share.

Ron’s goal is to provide professional property management services backed by a rental guarantee, offer premium vacation rental management, great guest experiences, and help property investors identify opportunities.
