Richard Graham is Bayleys Commercial Sales Manager for the Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Taranaki. Richards background prior to joining Real Estate is in Sales and Marketing and in addition to roles with Primedia, DB Breweries and Allied Liquor he has worked as Marketing Manager for Holden NZ and Corporate Marketing Manager for Farm Improvement Company LIC. Richard has been with Bayleys since 2007 initially as Country Manager for Bayleys Realty Group where he was responsible for the Country and lifestyle divisions and was involved in a number of high profile sales including Hillend Station in Wanaka and The Crafar farms portfolio.More recently Richard has been Group Marketing Manager for Bayleys  and led all aspects of the Bayleys marketing operation including the Global program and contact with key worldwide affiliates.Richard manages all aspects of the Commercial and Industrial business in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki regions and in addition to selling in his own right, works with an extremely professional and dedicated team of 23 highly experienced salespeople who are market leaders and responsible for delivering optimum solutions to our clients across the regions.
