With over 13 years of property management experience, Rebekah Kingi brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to the Ray White Gisborne & Wairoa team. 

Early in her career, Rebekah was responsible for managing more than 500 tenancies across the East Coast region, regularly travelling extensive distances to support her clients and properties. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the challenges that can arise in property management and the importance of clear communication, strong organisation, and practical problem-solving.

Throughout her career, Rebekah has developed extensive experience in tenancy compliance, inspections, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and Tenancy Tribunal matters. Her calm, solutions-focused approach allows her to confidently guide landlords and tenants through every stage of the tenancy, ensuring concerns are resolved professionally and efficiently.
