Originally from China, Ray moved to New Zealand when he was 16 and has since obtained a double major in Finance & Marketing, run his own business and spent several years working in sales.

In 2012 Ray settled in Birkenhead with his young family and in 2014 they purchased their first home, through Carpenter Realty's very own Glenn Carpenter. This purchasing process set in motion a love and admiration for the Real Estate Industry. Fast forward seven years when the time came to sell his home there was only once choice! Carpenter Realty of course. Again he thoroughly enjoyed the process and the way our team worked. Shortly after this Ray obtained his Real Estate license and he knew exactly what agency he wanted to work alongside and learn from!
