Originally from China, Ray moved to New Zealand at 16 and has built a strong foundation across finance, marketing, and sales. With a double major in Finance & Marketing and experience running his own business, he brings both commercial insight and real-world understanding to every property he represents.

Now based in Birkenhead with his family, Ray’s connection to real estate is personal. After buying and later selling his own home through the Ray White team, he experienced first-hand the impact of a well-run campaign - and the difference the right people and the right strategy can make. That experience ultimately led him into the industry.

Today, Ray has built a proven track record of listings and sales, backed by a clear focus on results and client care. He’s known for his honest approach, strong communication, and ability to problem-solve in any market.

Continuing to build his business, Ray has recently joined Ray White CR Group, where he is working closely alongside David Millington and Hannah Petherbridge. Together, they bring a collaborative, high-performance approach, combining experience, reach, and a shared commitment to delivering premium outcomes for every client.
