Ray has been highly active in the commercial real estate industry since 2001. Taking pride in being a very honest person, he has a quietly determined approach focusing on his clients to achieve the best outcome for them. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Ray and his wife Shirley opened an interior design business in Milford, North Shore, called Casa Bella Limited, which became well known throughout the greater Auckland for high end residential and commercial interiors. This design experience over the years has been very helpful in analysing property, listening to clients many needs, providing good service and helping them achieve their objectives – these are Ray’s strong points. With many talented designers working within that company, management skills were developed and with guidance and experience opportunities given, many moved on to establish their own successful businesses. A family man with two sons and married to Shirley for over 30 years, Ray is a very capable sportsman over many disciplines – rugby league, rugby, badminton, squash and golf and is currently still active with both tennis and golf. Ray’s sporting and business contacts through the years have created a strong networking base over a broad spectrum of our multi-cultural society and ones that are a great advantage to him in his commercial real estate business.
