A very easy and painless experience.
From start to finish Preet made it very easy for us to sell our property of 30 years which obviously went with a numbers of reservations given this is where we raised our family. Preet took his time explaining the process to us and encouraged us to ask questions so that we understood, His communication was excellent which also applies to his professionalism, he turned up when he said he was going to and gave feedback on the number of interested parties and their comments with regards to the property and also there thoughts on price. Preet had negotiated a wonderful price for the sale of our house off market. This meant we could put an unconditional offer on a property. However we got pipped at the post. I had not dealt with Preet prior to my enquiries about some properties for sale in Rolleston. I rung Preet from Auckland enquiring about a couple of properties. We were coming down to Chch a few days later to view some properties. Preet rung me back quickly after the first ph call and gave me info on the Rolleston market and asked if there were any other properties we would like to look at - if there were he would arrange access to them so we could view them. Preet was very accommodating, but didn't in any way try and put pressure on us to make a decision - particularly since he knew that we were in Chch for just a day and were keen to find a place. We were very interested in viewing the property on Riverstone Dr and the owner wasn't able to accommodate us at the time we wanted to view it.
