‘If you do anything in life, you should do it with passion and a smile or there is no point’. I understand the core of what makes a great real estate agent, which is, forming genuine relationships.

I learnt how to climb the property ladder when I started property investing in early 2000, gaining good knowledge and skills whilst achieving a very attractive portfolio. I have now decided to take on the next chapter to be a real estate agent so I can help and give you advice in the right direction with honesty and trust, to achieve the best results. I am proud to join Guardian First National who has given the best service for the past 40 years.

I have an eye for detail when it comes to adding value to a property to get the best results. I pride myself in my skills in this area and have used then to upgrade many of my properties in my portfolio including my own home; when selling this makes all the difference.

In my down time I enjoy participating in community work as I have done so for the past 20 years specifically with the Indian Cultural Society. I am a proud committee member and have been organising the annual events for over 20 years. And I am also a member of the Petone Workingmen’s Club.

When it comes to house hunting I have been in the market for a number of years as my family and investment portfolio grew. I know how hard it can be to get a good agent which can make all the difference along this sometime tedious journey.
