Penny Little is part of our team of leading real estate agents in Whanganui. Pennys real estate journey started 3 decades ago in 1990 as a receptionist in a busy real estate agency in Mt Eden. After working for one of the most successful realtors in NZ, Penny became a licensed realtor back in 1993. After taking some time off with her kids, she made the easy decision to return to real estate in 2010 when her youngest started school. Penny loves Whanganui and its awesome community. She is a real people person and enjoys meeting people, and matching buyers to houses. Penny also likes to give back to the community, she is on the Whanganui Autism committee and enjoys roller skating and gardening in her spare time. Penny shares the same philosophy as Arizto and believes in changing the public perception of realtors by practicing full disclosure with the properties she promotes and by acting fairly to all buyers.
