Paul’s background in marketing and export has given him a broad view of the world and the practical skills essential for success. While travelling the Pacific Islands for 40 odd years, in his previous business, Paul found his passions for scuba diving, sailing, and chatting with people.

Having relocated to the Bay of Islands in 2007, after years of holidaying in the area, Paul and Barb successfully operated an award-winning bed and breakfast before deciding to follow their joint passion for real estate. They have two children, eight grandchildren, and two kittens.

Beyond their professional endeavours, Paul and Barb are engaged in their community. Their involvement as swimming coaches and officials, sparked by their children’s participation, has evolved to nearly three decades of dedicated service to Special Olympics – an organization they are both passionate about. They are also involved in Rotary, play Pickleball, and are ‘back-up/relief’ hosts for international students at Kerikeri High School.
