Paul has been successfully selling Real Estate in this area for 28 years. His aim is to represent his clients successfully and ethically, with integrity and professionalism.  

A large percentage of Paul’s business comes from people with whom he has dealt with over his real estate career, or people referred to him through these clients.  This is very satisfying as it suggests his clients have confidence in him achieving the best result possible for them, and assisting them through this process.

Paul’s background:
• He lives locally and is married with three adult children.
• He has been an avid follower and participant of many sports (particularly Basketball and Soccer for which he gained National and Provincial honours). 
• He has lived in New Zealand for 51 years after arriving from England at the age of 8.
• Previous occupations:  Sales Manager for Corbans Wines; Sales Representative for Nestle New Zealand; Professional Basketball Player for Blackpool (in England); and Physical Education Instructor for PYCC and Howick Recreation Centre.
