Paul's business career started as an apprentice as a joiner at Reid's Joinery in Mosgiel before establishing his own successful joinery workshop that he built up on repeat and referral business over 16 years, employing and training numerous workers. Following this Paul concentrated his skills in property development and project managing, dealing with people in all trades of new home construction, co-ordinating and communicating with new owners and negotiating sales of new houses. Paul, being an experienced, successful and practical business person and has created a strong reputation for honesty and integrity. The skills learnt over the years have given him the edge for strong negotiation, attention to detail all being important qualities needed in obtaining a successful sale for his clients. Outside of Real Estate Paul has played for the Taieri Squash Club in the premier grade for many years and has two lovely daughters that are his pride and joy. Paul is now a part owner of the LJ Hooker Mosgiel Office and enjoys passing on his wealth of knowledge to the new agents.
