Third Career/ Commercial Agent

Patrick (Paddy) Doyle’s life is living testament to commitment, passion and success. 
Paddy recalls a comment from a Police training manual that has never left him ‘If your feet hurt, your mind is not on the job’ … he comments he never had sore feet.

Following two careers Paddy brings a lifetime of experience and passion to the Property Brokers team as a Commercial Agent in Palmerston North.  His knowledge and drive for real estate is in a league of its own.

Beginning his working career as a constable in the New Zealand Police force Paddy progressed through the ranks to become a Detective Senior Sergeant in Wellington Regional C.I.B and head of the Police dive team. In 1982 he decided on a complete career change and became a franchisee for McDonalds Family Restaurants. 

A 24 year career saw Paddy
• Chairman of the Marketing Committee
• Chairman of the McDonalds Kiwi Leadership Team (the organization of franchisees in McDonalds)
• Owned and achieved the highest volume store in the New Zealand system, the Rangitikei Street McDonalds.

Paddy’s philosophy to success is a combination of hard work, dedication, and ‘backing yourself’.  It goes without saying that his passion for real estate, experience and expertise guarantees his clients great results.
