A Russian who does not drink vodka? Yes that's me!

I made New Zealand my home fourteen years ago and started in the real estate industry in 2002. After 5 years of road testing all its different aspects, I found my speciality in Property Management and have worked since as a Property Manager.

To me, Rental Property Management is an easy and efficient solution for time pressed property owners to successfully run an investment property, be it a multi-building office complex, or the family home that needs to be looked after by carefully picked tenants. I believe that confidence and communication is the key to success, and demonstrate that in all my work.

In my free time, like most kiwis, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
