Nikki has lived in Hawke's Bay most of her life and at the age of 19, started her first business. She understands business dynamics including start up, selling and relocating from her business experience which included beauty therapy and furniture retail. She knows when the environment changes the business strategy must change also.

Nikki has studied Design Technology in C.A.D. 3D modelling and construction standards in architecture and engineering at Napier’s E.I.T. Then building ecology and design through Building Biology and Ecology Institute of New Zealand. With a passion for communicating conceptual design, Nikki can give your building a virtual make over or if a business looking for space to fit your requirements a concept can be created for you to explore further.

Her wide range of skills are ideal to transition into Commercial Real Estate, being supported by a team who have over 50 years’ experience collectively. Her studies continue in Real Estate, updating in Revit and Photoshop.

Local clubs she belongs to are Havelock North toastmasters, Hawkes Bay branch N.Z. Genealogy Society and her interests include cycling, ecology and Pilates. Nikki is involved in the Community working with Hawke's Bay Knowledge Bank at Stoneycroft a charitable trust digitising Hawke's Bay history.

Nikki's is family orientated with two children and two Grandchildren. She is results driven with an attention to detail, reliable and will do what she promises.
