Raised on dairy farms in both the Waikato and Hokianga, Nellwyn grew up with a strong work ethic and a true “can-do” attitude. After ten years in the finance world (including time as a local bank manager) she spent a decade overseas in Australia and Malaysia before returning home to support her children through their final school years. Also, during this time, Nellwyn owned and operated a successful distribution business for 20 years and her son has taken over the business in recent times. These days, along with her husband Paul, they own and operate a generational dairy and beef farm in Turiwiri, Dargaville, giving her a real understanding of the challenges and rewards of rural living. Her hands-on experience and the everyday realities of running a dairy and beef operation give her firsthand insight into the dairy industry and rural economy. She understands what matters to lifestyle and farming clients and brings that knowledge into every property conversation. Nellwyn has several years of sales experience in residential and lifestyle properties, making the move into lifestyle and rural a natural progression. Nellwyn knows every property and client is different.
