With a wealth of real experience and a passion for commercial property, Neil Wooldridge is moving from strength to strength in his real estate career, 

Neil holds several university/polytechnic qualifications, including a recently obtained Diploma in IT. A firm believer in staying up to date with modern technology, he is able to ensure his clients tap into the benefits that it can bring. 

Prior to real estate Neil ran import businesses based in New Zealand, sold software to retail outlets (POS and PMR sytems) and owned a retail business in the UK. This experience equipped him with organisation skills that he now brings to his real estate role. Listening to clients' requirements was paramount in building successful businesses, and helps him to understand your needs as his client. 

Neil is specialising in commercial real estate in the West Auckland suburbs. Joining Barfoot & Thompson was an easy choice for him; the benefits of working for such a reputable company combined with a great training infrastructure, offered him the perfect opportunity to succeed. Neil's base is the City branch. Having lived in Auckland since 2002, he appreciates that there is nowhere better in the world to start a family and bring up kids. In his spare time he is a keen sailor and a member of a few sailing clubs - where his children are also learning how to sail!
