- Neil Campbell

Neil’s real estate career began in Commercial Real Estate. With a familiarity of the corporate world and a sharp business acumen, he has worked with local investors as well as national and international clients to help lease, buy and sell commercial property.
Having personally bought, sold, leased and renovated property of his own, Neil has seen all sides of the property world and understands the responsibility and care required when dealing with a client’s largest asset.
Neil has a long history with Whangarei which started when his family moved here over thirty years ago. He spent his high school years at Whangarei Boys High School and has since been back and forth to see the city grow in size and population over the following years.
He takes pride in his ability to think ‘outside the box’ - with a strong creative streak and lateral thinking. Neil has a keen eye for detail as well as an ability to see the “Big Picture”, bringing a multi-skilled approach to his work.
“Sales is often a process of overcoming problems. The ability to avoid obstacles, overcome hurdles and keep moving forward to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients gives me an enormous amount of personal satisfaction.”
Prior to his role in Real Estate, Neil worked for New Zealand's largest retailer as part of a research team that was focused on customer insights – understanding customer behaviour and the decision-making process. The role involved working across the full breadth of the business – marketing, advertising, operations as well as the Managing Directors to advise decision-making, improve performance and achieve better outcomes for all. This experience and the skills that were developed have become invaluable when applied to his real estate career.
“Working with clients, I make it my focus to understand what is most important to them. It’s vital to me to deliver a result that meets and exceeds all my clients needs.”
Working with Neil, you can expect a commitment to honesty, trust and respect. If you are thinking of making a move, give him a call and try the Bayleys experience.
Neil lives in Onerahi with his plant-crazed partner Helen, their three dogs, two cats and about 300 exotic plants.
