Neale’s relationship with Christchurch began over two decades ago, a visitor to the city innumerable times, until, in 2019, he took the plunge and booked one-way tickets with his family. Although Christchurch is where his heart is at, it’s Neale’s business acumen, learned and honed in Sydney that he leans into, bringing his vast international experience and expertise to Canterbury’s real estate scene.


Neale spent four years in residential sales in Sydney’s highly competitive North Shore and Eastern suburbs. However, he made his mark as co-founder of one of Sydney’s leading recruitment agencies, selling the prominent business after thirteen years at the helm. Neale contributes his phenomenal success to keeping promises and his fastidious attention to detail and process, alongside a good old-fashioned dose of integrity and accountability.
